I just stumbled across this Ted Talk given by novelist Isabel Allende in March 2007.  And it moved me, touched  my heart and caused me to seriously reflect on the impact that women have all around this world. Ms. Allende’s work tells the stories of women and men who live with passionate commitment … to love, to their world, to an ideal.

Passion is sexy … it is contagious … and most important of all it is ATTRACTIVE…

Passion attracts people like a house fire attracts a crowd !!

Passion is the stuff that lights you up from the inside so much that when other people see you they stand back in awe and wonder thinking  “WOW … “What’s she got that I don’t ?  Let ME have some TOO !!!”

Passion is the stuff that obliterates the need for approval and the good opinion of family and friends who judge from a position of tepid mediocrity.

Passion is the strength that takes stinky messes and turns them into sweet smelling victories.

Passion is the motivation that fuels overachievers and successful people to take on the intense responsibility of their dreams and turn them into a tangible reality in spite of challenges … defeat … and all of the other wacky stuff that comes along !!

From passion flows the courage to make a difference … and it really does take alot of courage to be willing to step all the way out on the skinny branches of life to make a difference in the lives of others.

Passion lets YOU be the miracle that so many people in this world are looking for …
