Keeping you in the game long enough so that you can figure it out for yourself…
Eric Worre did a great video today (if the wind noise bothers you…that just might be a clue) about what he sees as his number one JOB in Network Marketing…
HIS number one job is to help keep people in the game long enough so that they can figure it out for themselves…..
I agree with him…
Which led to a very interesting discussion on Facebook with a gal that I met there…

Network Marketing Pro is Eric Worre's gift to the network marketing community… It is a video blog through which he shares his decades of knowledge in a totally generic format .. He also does interviews with other highly successful NM professionals http://networkmarketingpro.com Eric is an evangelist for professionalism in our industry…and alot of other folks are stepping up to the plate and responding in kind.
As you said..it is important to keep people "IN"… the "HOW" is different for everyone so I don't believe that you or I can answer that question for anyone else. …
"WHY" I am STILL in this business may or may not be the same as "WHY" you are still in this business … I LOVE to help other people … and I LOVE who I have had to become in order to do that … I LOVE to share that journey with as many people as I can so that they can find their own "HOW" and develop some serious roots to their "WHY"…
Why do two people come into the same business on the same day with the same pay plan…45 days later one is seeing the beginnings of a successful business and the other has already joined a different "opportunity" and not earned one penny…???
They both attended all of the same trainings..both were given the same tools…both had the same level of education … what is the difference…???
The answer lies within the person themselves … their own self-image… noone can go any further than their self-image allows them to go… and that is where it ALL starts…in the head…and then it moves into the heart…
LOVING people enough to show them simple baby steps … encouraging them … teaching them..letting them make their own mistakes…letting them learn HOW to be bigger than they are …speaking their greatness INTO THEM… so that their self-image grows and they become 10 feet tall and bullet proof…and they can do the same for others…that is what keeps them in the game long enough so that they can figure it out for themselves…
I focus on what I can control…
If I can’t control what happens with some one else…
I can control my own thoughts and actions…
I can control WHAT I do on a daily basis…
I can control WHO I am being for other people…
I can control HOW I am being for other people…
I DO the things I KNOW I need to do to move my business forward…
More importantly…
I do the things that allow other people to move forward at their own pace…
So that as they take on more and more….become more and more…
They are not OVERWHELMED by the process and are ready to deal with the challenges that come with GROWTH…
I can not promise you something that I can not guarantee…
I can not guarantee your success….
But what I can promise you is that…
YOU ARE MY BUSINESS…
I am here to speak you into your greatness….
I am here to help you take IT from your head to your heart….
I am here to teach you how to stay in the game long enough…
So that YOU can have whatever it is YOU want for YOUR life….
So that YOU can become the person YOU are supposed to be…
So that you can do the same for OTHER PEOPLE….
I LOVE you guys….
