1988 I graduated from Culinary School…
Top of My Class…
On that day I said…
I WILL COMPETE in the Culinary Olympics …
I had no idea how I was going to do that…
I didn't have enough skills to be a WORLD CLASS COMPETITOR
I had no money…
All I had was the conviction that I was GOING to COMPETE in the Olympics…
Over time….
I BLED GALLONS to acquire the skills that I needed to become a WORLD CLASS CHEF…
I CRIED because MY LEGS AND FEET were ON FIRE after 18 hours shifts…6 days a week
I got so GOOD at what I was doing…
That THE RIGHT PEOPLE started noticing me…
I started meeting IMPORTANT PEOPLE…
They started showcasing MY FOOD…
They LEARNED that THEY COULD DEPEND on me ….
One Chef…a 3 time Culinary Olympic Gold Medalist…
INVITED ME to work with him and HIS TEAM
TRAINING for the 1996 Culinary Olympics in Berlin, Germany
We trained EVERY WEEKEND for 3 years…
Our Team won…
5 GOLD MEDALS…
7 SILVER MEDALS…
6 BRONZE MEDALS…
In 1988 I spoke this FUTURE INTO EXISTENCE for myself…
Did I know WHAT I wanted…YES
Did I know HOW it was going to happen…NO
Did I know WHO was going to help make it happen…NO

All I knew was that it WAS going to happen…
